I have started AS media studies because I am interested in the subject and wish to be involved in either the production or post-production stages of film when I leave school.
I became interested in media studies from doing a work placement with various film/website companies in Soho during the summer break. I got to experience the environment in which they work in and became automatically attracted to it. Consequently I am taking the subject to further my knowledge of the media industry in order to have a career in it when I leave school.
Therefore my aim for the 2 years in this subject is to come out with a high grade A and the experience I need to be successful in the film industry.
